Our Managing Partner had oversight responsibility over development assets as well sourcing new opportunites for our Company's globally. He was also Chairman of an international company that had public securities, where he led the team on multiple projects, including, a luxury residential development, a hospitality platorm and various other platforms.

Background
Ronen's experience has allowed him to spend time in the following industries: Business/Consumer/Financial services, gaming, media, online, franchising, real estate development, hospitality, leisure, car rental, real estate brokerage, e-commerce, content, technology, renewable energy, post secondary education, call center, outsourcing, just to name some examples.

Prior to starting Jenro, he was with Pegasus Capital Advisors as an operating partner and investor until he was hired by Berggruen Holdings as Head of Private Equity. Ronen served as Chairman of IEC Education and Berggruen Residential. While at Berggruen, he managed over twenty portfolio companies across the US, UK, Central Europe, Turkey, Israel & India.

Ronen joined HFS, Inc. and ultimately its successor, Cendant Corporation. During that time, he led the execution of numerous transactions ultimately as Cendant’s most senior corporate and strategic development executive, helped create Cendant's Internet group, participated in the launching of it's online real estate and travel businesses and held various operating and management roles.

Stauber began his career as a Financial Analyst at Salomon Brothers where he executed a variety of mergers and acquisitions in a broad array of sectors in the North America, Europe and Asia.
​
Ronen received his Bachelors of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance & Entrepreneurship from
The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
